Ioannis Fytros

Ioannis Fytros works at the Department of Technology, Informatics and Communications of the Municipality of Athens. He is a graduate of the Department of Public Administration at the Hellenic Open University and is currently a student in the Master's Degree in Electronic Governance at the University of the Aegean. In 2023 he participated in the second training cycle of WeOpenGov.

His research interests revolve around technology issues, in particular Open Government, Open Source Software and Digital Accessibility. He is also an occasional traveller and columnist, a volunteer nurse at the Hellenic Red Cross and an honorary member of the HOU's Public Administration Students' Association.
