Theodora Blioumi - Koufodimou

She is a graduate of Classical Philology from the Faculty of Philosophy of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She holds postgraduate degrees in "Adult Education" from the Hellenic Open University and in "Public Administration" from the University of Thessaly. Since 2021 she is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Economics of the University of South Bohemia, Czech Republic, with research focus on Public Policy.

She has been certified as Digital Ethics Officer for Public Administration, as Adult Non-formal Education Trainer by EOPPEP and has received certifications in "Crisis Management", "Emergency Management", "Special Education", "Intercultural Education" and "Basic Life Support" from the European Resuscitation Council (ERC). She is included in the Register of Principal Teaching Personnel of the National Centre for Public Administration and Self-Government (EKDDA) and in the Register of Trainers of the Centre for Training and Lifelong Learning of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She speaks English and French. She works at the General Secretariat for Civil Protection.
